can i still order now that you're closed?

Unfortunately, we are no longer accepting ANY orders.

HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Now that Marsh Puppy is officially closed, over 95% of our orders have gone out. Any remaining orders should be sent out by February 8, 2019, so be sure to be on the lookout for an email with tracking info.

DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE DISCOUNTS?

We are no longer accepting any wholesale orders as we are officially closed as of January 31, 2019.

Why did i receive part of my order?

Some of our products ship from different locations. Most of our apparel is printed and sent out within a few days, while our jewelry is custom made and can take longer to be delivered. If you only received part of your order, don't worry, the rest is on the way!  

WILL YOU BE SHIPPing ORDERS AFTER YOU CLOSE?

Yes! Our team will be working non-stop to make sure you get your product in a timely manner. Just because we are closing our doors does not mean that our work is complete. Our fulfillment center and customer service lines will remain open until every last order is delivered.

can i replace a damaged or incorrect order?

We will replace your order free of charge if it is defective or damaged. Contact customer support via email at support@marshpuppy.com. For our complete return policy please visit the link at the bottom of the page for more information.
