How much is shipping and handling?

Shipping and Handling is a flat rate $5.95 for orders below $40. Anything over $40 ships free! 


How long does it typically take to receive my order?

Most of our products ship within 1-3 weeks via DHL and USPS with a tracking number unless otherwise stated on the specific product page. Some items will arrive as soon as a few days, while other items may take up to 3 weeks. We will send out tracking information to you as soon as your package ships.


Why do my products take so long to deliver?

Most of our products are custom-made which is why it can take up anywhere from 1-3 weeks for your order to arrive from the date the order was placed. Our customer service team can keep you updated along the way.


Why did I only receive part of my order?

Some of our products ship from different locations. Most of our apparel is printed and sent out within a few days, while our jewelry is custom made and can take longer to be delivered. If you only received part of your order, don't worry, the rest is on the way!


Do you offer wholesale discounts?

As far as product prices, we are not offering any further discounts on large orders as most of our prices are already listed at wholesale/liquidation prices during our closeout sale.


Can I still place an order after you close?

Unfortunately, we will not be taking ANY orders after we close. Be sure to get your order in now because once we close our products will not be available again.


Will you still be shipping my order even after you close?

Yes! Our team will be working non-stop to make sure you get your product in a timely manner. Just because we are closing our doors does not mean that our work is complete. Our fulfillment center and customer service lines will remain open until every last order is delivered.


How can I replace damaged or incorrect orders?
